Job summary

Seagate Technology in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to plan, implement, and improve maintenance programs for high-volume manufacturing equipment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of equipment maintenance engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment.
• Lead equipment breakdown investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring failures.
