International Product Support Senior Engineer

What You’ll Achieve

As an International Product Support Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for high-level support of Dell-released products through their end-of-service life (EOSL). You will work with regional Technical Support teams, Engineering teams, and technology partners to analyze and resolve potential product defects. You’ll also engage directly with external customers to present findings and drive improvements in product quality and usability.

You Will
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer User (VOC-U) in both reactive and proactive work.
  • Communicate effectively with Technical Support teams, Engineering teams, technology partners, and customers.
  • Utilize root cause analysis to drive resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Document resolution strategies and results accurately within issue tracking tools.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve organizational execution, processes, and effectiveness.

Essential Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work.
  • Strong understanding of End User Computing hardware and software solutions.
  • Engineering-level expertise in at least one technology area (e.g., Networking, WLAN, OS Deployment, Hardware/Software Debug).
  • Proven ability to isolate root causes in complex customer environments.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
Desirable Requirements
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with Dell’s client solutions ecosystem (desktop, notebook, tablet, workstation, software).
