Job summary

Emerson is seeking an experienced FPGA/Digital Design Engineer to own end-to-end FPGA and digital board level design. You will collaborate with hardware teams to define register maps, validate prototypes, and drive timing analyses for test and measurement products.

The role requires strong VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog skills, knowledge of digital architectures, and experience with Xilinx/Intel/Lattice FPGA toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency designing with digital logic and synchronous elements (flip-flops, timing diagrams, state machines).
• Working knowledge of programmable logic design with VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
• Computer architectures and interfaces.
• Fundamental knowledge of programming languages (Python, C, LabVIEW).
• Fundamental knowledge of analog circuit design.

Responsibilities

For This Role You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical , Computer, or Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency designing with digital logic and synchronous elements, including flip-flops, timing diagrams, and state machines
