Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive Mailroom Services Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to ensure smooth mailroom operations and provide general facility maintenance support. The role requires strong organization, basic handyman capabilities, and a hands‑on approach to keeping the workspace efficient and safe.

You will receive, sort, and distribute mail, prepare outgoing packages, maintain records, liaise with couriers, and support routine maintenance tasks across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in mailroom operations and general maintenance.
• Good knowledge of managing minor repairs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
