Job summary

Excel Rim Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Electrical & Maintenance Technician to support plant maintenance activities, including breakdown and preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, repair, and improvement projects within the factory.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and control systems, with knowledge of CNC, milling, welding, and lathe machines. On-call availability and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years electrical or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC is an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance for plant.
• Troubleshoot machines and perform repairs and modifications.
• Ensure safe operation per maintenance checklists and ISO requirements.
• Support CNC, milling, welding and lathe operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
