Deliver makeup courses in accordance with the approved syllabus and curriculum.

Conduct theory classes and hands‑on practical makeup training.

Basic & advanced makeup

Creative / editorial makeup

Day, evening, and special occasion makeup

Hair cutting (basic to advanced)

Hair colouring & bleaching

Hair styling & finishing

Hair treatment & scalp care

Chemical services (rebonding, perming – if applicable)

Ensure a safe, clean, and professional training environment.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and demonstrations before class.

Ensure teaching content aligns with learning outcomes and industry standards.

Manage class schedules and ensure punctuality and full lesson delivery.

Student Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct student assessments, practical exams, and theory tests.

Evaluate students’ makeup work and portfolios based on assessment criteria.

Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.

Ensure assessments are carried out fairly and in accordance with academic standards.

Student Guidance & Support

Monitor student learning progress and practical skill development.

Identify students who require additional support and provide guidance.

Advise students on portfolio preparation and career readiness.

Academic Administration

Maintain accurate records of:

• Assessments and results
• Submit reports and documentation within required timelines.
• Comply with internal academic policies and SOPs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure teaching complies with:

• Academic SOPs
• JPK / SKM / internal accreditation requirements (if applicable)

Participate in teaching observations, evaluations, and audits.

Professional Development & Teamwork

Attend academic meetings, training, and professional development programs.

Keep updated with current makeup trends, products, and techniques.

Collaborate with other lecturers and academic teams to improve course quality.
