H2R Data & Operation – Process Executive
We are seeking a Process Executive to support the Human Resources Shared Services Hub. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for escalated HR queries, maintain employee records, and coordinate HR projects and audits.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all escalated HR-related queries from employees and partners.
- Organise and maintain employee records within the HR Shared Services hub.
- Coordinate administration for HR projects and participate in HR audits.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Manage the employee life‑cycle processes in accordance with approved guidelines, including:
- • Initiating hires and creating employee profiles in Workday.
- • Processing job change transactions in Workday (reporting change, organisational change, confirmation, promotion, transfer, etc.).
- • Processing terminations.
- • Issuing transactional letters.
- Manage standard queries through the Case Management system for daily operations.
- Maintain the e‑filing management system.
- Support the Senior & Team Lead as required.
Education & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre‑U, Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of related experience in a shared‑services environment, preferably within the human resources function.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic office procedures and the human resources function.
- Experience with human resources & case management systems – SAP / Workday.
- Effective interpersonal skills to build stable relationships with internal and external parties.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- Proven experience in similar human resources positions and administrative support.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS and related HR software.
