  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (an added advantage).
  • Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.

  • Genuine interest in early childhood development and working with children.
  • Patient, empathetic, and caring toward students with diverse abilities.

  • Candidates with ECE/KAP certification or experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibility
  • Plan, prepare, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) according to each child’s needs and abilities.
  • Provide educational support for children with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, and other special needs.
  • Use varied and appropriate teaching methods to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Conduct individual developmental assessments and prepare regular student progress reports.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, therapists, and school staff to ensure student progress and well‑being.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and child‑friendly learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive and constructive strategies.
  • Participate in courses, workshops, and professional training related to Special Education.
