What you'll be doing
  • Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and departure
  • Expertly handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing recommendations and information about the resort's facilities and the local area
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
  • Adhering to all brand standards and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest service or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and professional demeanour
