Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is seeking an organized, energetic Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Coordinator) to help keep our hotel running smoothly and ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay. You will support daily Housekeeping operations by coordinating room assignments, updating room status, and collaborating with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to ready guestrooms on request.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using hotel operating systems and administrative tools.
• Previous experience in Housekeeping, Rooms Operations, or hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations and support room readiness across the hotel.
• Run room status reports, identify discrepancies, and work with Front Office to resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping Crew members.
• Prioritize room cleaning based on arrivals, departures, VIPs, and operational needs.
• Monitor and update room statuses, including vacant dirty, inspected, and Do Not Disturb rooms.
• Follow up on rush rooms and ensure guestrooms are ready within required timelines.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and housekeeping reports.
• Support guest requests and assist in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience.
• Uphold Marriott and Moxy cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all times.
