GTOZ 46 & 52 / SORKZ Senior Machine Operator

About the role

Alcenco Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role based in our Kepong facility, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our offset printing equipment.

What you’ll be doing

• Set up and operate offset printing machines to produce a variety of printed materials, such as brochures, leaflets, and packaging
• Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistent print quality and optimal machine performance
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the printing equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the printing process, and take appropriate corrective actions
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of print jobs
• Maintain detailed records of production, materials usage, and equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Offset Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of offset printing equipment and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work instructions, and quality control standards
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality printing standards
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team
