What to Expect

As part of our Global Support & Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions between Swift and our global clients. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment where customer satisfaction and operational excellence go hand in hand.

  • Be the voice of Swift: Connect with clients via email and phone, resolving inquiries and building trust with financial institutions worldwide.
  • Support critical processes: Assist the Order-to-Cash team with documentation, process improvements, and day-to-day operational tasks that keep our business running efficiently.
  • Collaborate across borders: Work closely with teams across Swift to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet shared goals.
  • Drive quality in a dynamic setting: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and high standards.

What Will Make You Successful

  • A university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people from diverse cultures.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a global business setting.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity or interest in tools like Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
