Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in startup, partnership, consulting, or investment banking.
• Capable of addressing complex issues and creating scalable solutions.
• Proficient in iterating from small tests to larger programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial and growth strategy for Returns and Resale products.
• Develop and operationalize GTM playbooks for growth.
• Design strategies for market execution and customer retention.
• Collaborate with retailers throughout their lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering to inform product development.
• Utilize AI tools to evaluate and automate workflows.
