Job Descriptions

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Junior Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage content creation across various channels, and help strengthen our brand presence regionally. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, highly organized, and skilled at coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Growth Executive to:
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of monthly website promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Create detailed design briefs for the designer to develop compelling campaign assets (banners, ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure that all artwork meets the required standards and specifications.
CRM Management
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and push notifications, including copywriting and scheduling.
  • Build and monitor CRM campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze post-campaign performance and provide insights for optimizations.
Social Media Advertising
  • Write compelling copy for social media ads (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) to promote products and drive traffic to the website.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and report on performance metrics (ROAS, etc.).
Social Media Organic Content
  • Ideate, write, and schedule organic social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions, responding to inquiries when necessary.
Website Management & Maintenance
  • Regularly update website content to reflect the latest promotions and product offerings.
  • Ensure the website remains user-friendly, improving navigation, design, and functionality as needed.
Campaign Performance Analysis
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of monthly campaigns by comparing keymetrics such as revenue, Average Basket Size (ABS), order volume, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and ensure continuous improvement.
KOL/Influencers Partnerships
  • Identify and research suitable influencers and KOLs who align with the brand’s target audience and values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to drive product promotions and brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze the performance of KOL-driven campaigns.
You’re a fit for this role, if you
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, business development, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and basic campaign planning.
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives, partnerships, or community engagement activities.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and using basic tools like MS Excel or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
