Responsibilities

• Own Sigmaschool’s marketing strategy and execution with content as the foundation.
• Create content ideas that grab attention quickly.
• Turn Sigmaschool’s stories, students, outcomes, opinions, and beliefs into memorable content.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, emails, landing-page copy, and campaign angles.
• Build repeatable content formats that scale and repurpose ideas across platforms.
• Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand recall.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns around launches, events, masterclasses, student stories, and new offers.
• Develop lead magnets and convert attention into qualified leads.
• Improve journey from content to landing page, application, and enrolment.
• Collaborate with admissions to understand lead quality and conversions.
• Coordinate freelancers, editors, creators, agencies, or future hires.
