We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (GroupAsia/Group400) to join our growing IT team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Group400 or GroupAsia applications based on business requirements.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable solutions that meet agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and performance standards.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical specification reviews.
• Perform hands‑on programming in COBOL/400, SMART/400, and AS/400 CL.
• Review and improve code quality through code reviews, merges, and testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and project managers during SIT, UAT, and production support phases.
• Analyze system logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations across environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AS/400 development and support.
• Proficient in COBOL/400, SMART/400 COBOL, and AS/400 Control Language (CL).
• Strong working knowledge of GroupAsia or Group400 applications.
