Toyoplas Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of KPS Berhad, is currently seeking a Group HR Senior Manager. The role is responsible for leading and aligning HR strategies, policies, and operations across the Toyoplas Group, which includes manufacturing sites in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Vietnam. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position provides strategic HR direction while working closely with HR Heads at each site to ensure consistent implementation and support. The role plays a key part in shaping the company’s workforce strategy and fostering a unified, high-performance culture across borders.
Leads Group HR strategy, works with site HR teams to carry it out, and advises the CEO on workforce and organizational matters.
Ensures consistent HR policies across all sites, complies with labor laws, manages HR risks, and upholds company standards.
Leads company-wide efforts to hire, grow, and keep talent, plans for key role succession, and manages programs to develop high-potential employees and future leaders.
Ensures fair and competitive pay and benefits, supports salary and incentive design, and guides site HR leaders on reward strategies and reviews.
Builds a strong, performance-focused culture and supports employee engagement, inclusion, and positive workplace behavior.
Leads the rollout of group-wide HR systems, ensures good data management, and uses HR analytics for informed decisions.
Acts as the main link between Group leadership and site HR teams, ensuring strategies are aligned and workforce plans support site needs.
Drives workforce development by creating skills and training frameworks and promoting upskilling and leadership growth across all sites.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Postgraduate HR or management qualification is a plus.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in a regional or group-level leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong cross-border HR exposure (Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Indonesia) with sound understanding of labor laws and cultural sensitivities.
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies across multiple locations and disciplines.
Hands-on experience in C&B structuring, talent management, HR operations, and compliance.
Familiarity with manufacturing sector operations including production, workforce structures, and industrial relations.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work with senior leadership and across departments.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Willingness to travel to sites periodically.
