About the role

As the Group HR Manager at Acmar Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's human resources strategy and driving initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's culture and values
  • Overseeing the recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development processes to attract, retain, and nurture the best talent
  • Managing employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR support
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Identifying and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision making
  • Reporting on HR metrics and providing insights to the executive team
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in a large, diverse organisation
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative HR initiatives that drive organisational success
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
