Job summary

INARI AMERTRON BERHAD is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head Group Consolidated financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit, and Bursa announcements. You will ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and Bursa requirements, while driving automation and process improvements across the group.

The role requires deep knowledge of PLC group consolidation, hands-on leadership, and at least 10 years in a similar capacity, preferably with Big 4 and large public listed company

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Big 4 audit experience and commercial experience in a sizable public listed company is highly preferable.
• Strong PLC group consolidation accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be fully responsible for Group Consolidated financial reporting and Bursa announcements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance reporting.
• Lead group treasury, banking matters, cash flow management and projection.
• Ensure adherence to Bursa LR and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop automation of accounting processes and reports for efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers and lawyers.
