• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operations.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters and risk management.

Profile

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 4 years+ working experience in accounting and management in managerial position
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Experience in leading and developing teams within the accounting and finance department.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the property industry will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
