Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and local reporting standards.
• Experience with financial operations across multiple subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements from all subsidiaries.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial reports for management.
• Lead the Group-wide budgeting process.
• Implement strong internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
• Provide financial oversight and support to subsidiary controllers.
