Overview

As the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the incumbent will report to the Board of Directors and will resume the responsibility of strategising and managing the organisation’s business and operations.

The Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) must be an excellent leader with strong stakeholder management and business development skills particularly in the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executive Committee and Board of Directors to oversee and control all strategic and business aspects of the Company.
• Provide overall leadership to elevate the company’s growth and continue to serve the mandate dedicated to providing sustainable returns of investments to valued investors, in addition to safeguarding and advancing the brand of the company amongst the investment community.
• Build trusted relationship with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for shareholders.
• Manage business and operations risk and ensure company’s sustainability and growth.
• Ensure good principles of corporate governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognised university or accredited tertiary learning institution.
• Impeccable integrity with a professional disposition.
• High degree of entrepreneurial flair and sound business acumen.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the capacity of a CEO or 8 years of experience in a C-Level management position.
• Prior experience working in a Public Listed Company in the IT industry is preferable
