Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives across HR services, focusing on payroll, HR information systems, administration services, training, recruitment, and contract workforce outsourcing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence in the HR solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share across HR payroll services, HR information systems, HR administration services, training, recruitment, and contract workforce outsourcing.
    • Identify and assess new market opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and drive lead generation activities.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to provide insights for long-term business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored HR solutions that add value.
    • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to pitch the company’s HR services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, training, recruitment, and outsourcing divisions) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and business development techniques.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for HR payroll, HRIS, recruitment, training, and contract workforce outsourcing services.
  • Develop long-term business partnerships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.
  • Work closely with the HR, operations, and training teams to align service offerings with client needs and market demand.
  • Lead and mentor a business development team, ensuring that they meet their performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation and promote HR services.
  • Proposal & Contract Management
    • Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
    • Lead contract negotiations and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within HR services, training, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR payroll services, HR information systems, HR administration, training, recruitment and contract workforce outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
