What You’ll Do
- Manage Group Finances: Handle accounts for all Group companies, ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements, and work with auditors and regulators.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Internal Controls: Maintain policies, procedures, and controls to reduce financial risks and ensure smooth audits.
- Team Oversight: Lead a small finance/admin team, guide daily tasks, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Cash & Treasury: Monitor cash flow, banking, and inter-company transactions; approve major payments.
- Special Projects: Support ERP upgrades, system improvements, business case evaluations, and other strategic projects.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle assignments from the MD or CFO as needed.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7–10 years of finance/accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or Group role.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and high integrity.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and at least one Chinese dialect (preferred).
