Bybit, established as a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to strengthen risk control and marketing analytics. You will conduct data analysis, monitor risk indicators, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure compliant and efficient campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 2+ years in data analysis or data operations, and strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years in data analysis and data operations.
• Experience in risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.
• Proficient SQL; ability to analyze data independently; Python or R is preferred.
• Fluent English speaking ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support risk monitoring, user behavior analysis, campaign governance, and case reviews for marketing activities.
• Analyze internal and external data to provide insights supporting decisions, strategy iteration, and model optimization.
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimize workflows, and establish a standardized risk operations framework.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing, operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Responsibilities

• Based on risk control operations needs, support risk monitoring, user behavior analysis, campaign governance, and case reviews for various marketing activities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide valuable analytical insights supporting operational decisions, strategy iteration, and model optimization.
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimize workflows, and establish a standardized risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing, operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and risk control operations strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data operations, with relevant work experience in any of the following areas: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct data analysis independently; experience with R or Python is preferred.
• Excellent business and risk insight capabilities; strong logical thinking and data sensitivity. Candidates should be able to identify risks from abnormal data and summarize the root causes.
• Fluent English speaking ability is preferred.
