Responsibilities
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, and email templates, while maintaining a consistent visual identity and ensuring all designs follow company brand guidelines.
- Develop creative ideas to strengthen the company’s brand image and marketing impact.
- 2. Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for campaigns promoting property projects; support the execution of digital and print campaigns by providing creative artwork and layouts; work closely with the sales team to align visuals with marketing and sales objectives; assist in updating the company website with visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics; support content creation for online ads, e-newsletters, and promotional materials to increase engagement.
- 4. Event & Exhibition Design: Design visual materials for events, exhibitions, and property launches (buntings, backdrops, displays, etc.); coordinate with the marketing team to ensure event branding is impactful and consistent; liaise with external vendors, printing suppliers, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality production; stay updated with current design trends, tools, and property marketing visuals; perform any other administrative or design-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant design experience (experience in property or developer industry is an advantage).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing visuals.
- Strong sense of creativity, layout, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
