Job summary

Jobtailor in Selangor, Petaling Jaya, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual materials for digital and print. You will design corporate presentations, social media assets, brochures, banners, and other sales and marketing materials while keeping branding consistent across FastLane Group, ENCOR, and FastLaneRecruit.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia, has at least 2 years' experience, and is proficient in Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Figma.
• Able to read and understand both Traditional and Simplified Chinese
• Able to accurately work with Chinese-language content in design materials
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital, print, and presentation design
• Good understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication
• Good attention to detail, particularly when working with multilingual content
• Organised, creative, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual materials across digital and print channels.
• Design corporate presentations, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and other sales and marketing materials.
• Create website visuals, banners, landing-page designs, and other digital assets.
• Design and adapt materials in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
• Ensure visual consistency across branding.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate ideas and content into effective visual materials.
• Collaborate with the website developer on website and landing-page design requirements.
• Support basic video editing, event materials, and other creative projects when required.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
