The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising, designing and producing creative, professional and visually engaging materials to support MRCA’s marketing, communications, events and promotional initiatives according to MRCA's corporate identity.
Design and produce creative and professional visual materials for MRCA’s events, marketing campaigns, promotional activities and corporate communications, including but not limited to:
Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual designs in accordance with MRCA's branding and communication guidelines.
Create and adapt design materials for different platforms and formats, including print, websites, social media and other digital communication channels.
Prepare graphic charts, infographics and other visual materials to effectively communicate data, information, reports and organisational achievements.
Perform basic video editing for marketing, promotional and communication purposes, including the preparation of short-form videos, event highlights and social media content.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative materials within the required timelines.
Assist with event-related design requirements and ensure that all artwork and materials are properly prepared and ready for production, publication or digital distribution.
Liaise with printers, vendors and other relevant suppliers, where required, to ensure the quality and timely production of printed and promotional materials.
Maintain and organise design files, templates, creative assets and other relevant materials for efficient future use.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual communication materials in accordance with MRCA's corporate branding.
Provide support for other ad-hoc creative, design and multimedia requirements as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field
2–4 years of relevant graphic design experience; experience in event or corporate design is an advantage
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other relevant design software
Creative, detail-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines
Good understanding of layout, typography, branding and visual communication
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and Management
