Job summary

Hatfield Thistle Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a graphic designer to develop creative designs that align with marketing objectives and communicate key messages across digital and print media.

You will create, develop and adapt assets from briefs, manage projects to ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with the Design and Marketing team to translate briefs into engaging visuals. A diploma/degree and 1–3 years' experience are required, with strong English and drawing skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Good English language proficiency and strong communication skills.

Job description

Key responsibilities:

Conduct research to develop creative designs that align with marketing objectives and effectively communicate key messages.

Create, develop and adapt creative assets for both digital and print media based on project briefs.

Manage assigned projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with the Design and Marketing team to transform briefs into engaging visual concepts.

Maintain a well-organized digital library of design files, assets and resources.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Knowledge of Premier Pro & After Effects is a plus.

Proficient in enhancing and generating creative designs using AI tools Gemini, Flow, Recraft, Seedream, NanoBanana and other AI-powered design platforms.

A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively.

Good English language proficiency and strong communication skills.

Excellent drawing and illustration skills are added advantage.
