Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality content.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a variety of materials that may include webpages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high‑quality designs within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining ideal use of color, text, font styles, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and upload process for all project materials, based on best practices for using content management systems.
• Utilize trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and implementing specific classifications.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.
• Minimum Certificate/Vocational/Diploma.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Candidate with 3D design skills will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with effective time management.
• Must have own transport.
• Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor ONLY.
• Full time & Onsite position ONLY.
