Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual outputs across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong branding and marketing sensibilities, with the ability to develop the right style and layout for each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of design projects using various software tools to develop innovative visuals that support business goals.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and project briefs—often across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Evaluate existing design processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance overall creative efficiency.
- Maintain and update the internal database of design assets, photography, and video materials.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams and clients to develop design materials such as web pages, presentation decks, collaterals, signages, and marketing assets.
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, determining optimal usage of colour, typography, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and file preparation process for all project deliverables, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and the broader creative team to deliver high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Strong creative thinking ability with a proven track record of innovative design work.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in key graphic design software and tools.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for achieving creative excellence.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, when required.
- Candidates must submit a relevant portfolio prior to being shortlisted for an interview with the Creative Director.
