Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking experienced Graphic Designers to join a growing marketing agency supporting a prominent F&B group in Singapore. The successful candidates will deliver end-to-end creative solutions across menus, promotional materials, social media content, branding and other marketing collateral, working closely with the Founder and internal team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Prior experience on F&B projects is required.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Proficiency in relevant graphic design and editing software.
• Experience with AI-assisted graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in project or client management is a plus.
• Portfolio submission is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative materials including menus, posters and promotional collateral.
• Create social media graphics and digital content for campaigns.
• Develop branding and marketing materials per client guidelines.
• Perform photo editing and retouching for food imagery.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and timely delivery.
• Work with clients and internal teams on revisions and concept direction.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors when required.

We are seeking experienced Graphic Designers to join a growing marketing agency supporting a prominent F&B group in Singapore.The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering end-to-end creative solutions across menus, promotional materials, social media content, campaign visuals, branding and other marketing collateral. This role will work closely with the Founder and internal team to develop creative concepts and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple client projects.

Candidates with strong F&B design experience, AI-assisted design capabilities, and project or client management experience will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative materials including menus, posters, campaign visuals and promotional collateral for F&B clients.
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital content for marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding and marketing materials in accordance with individual client brand guidelines.
• Perform photo editing and retouching for food, product and promotional imagery.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design and revision process.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining consistency in design quality and brand identity.
• Utilise AI-assisted graphic design tools to improve creative output, efficiency and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors for physical marketing collateral when required.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and internal team on creative concepts and overall visual direction.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to junior designers where applicable.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Prior experience working on F&B-related projects is required.
• Proficiency in relevant graphic design and editing software.
• Experience with AI-assisted graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, client management or team coordination is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent design quality.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively within tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Candidates with leadership or mentoring experience are encouraged to apply.
