Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship in Graphic Design for January 2027 intake. You should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related fields, and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A strong portfolio and ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.

Minimum 3 months, with opportunities to contribute to brochures, social media visuals, and digital marketing materials. Ideal candidates are creative, detail-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
• Creative, passionate about design, and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or animation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation trends is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work is preferred for interview and assessment purposes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and high-quality artwork, including brochures, posters, signage, catalogues, and social media content.
• Assist in planning, designing, and producing print and digital marketing materials for branding and promotional campaigns.
• Support the development of engaging visual content for social media, digital advertisements, product visuals, flyers, and catalogues.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s presence on e-commerce platforms and corporate websites through creative visual updates.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by creating engaging visual and written content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistency in design, branding, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and content preparation for various digital and print applications.
• Support ad-hoc creative projects and assignments as part of the internship learning and development experience.
