Job summary

WANGCHENG CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Graphic Design professional to liaise with clients, convert designs into production-ready drawings, and perform hands-on design work. The role includes ensuring accurate specifications and timely delivery through the production process.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Graphic Design or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a relevant art/design diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand design requirements and create renderings for review and confirmation.
• Factory Liaison: Transform drafts into production-ready drawings with accurate dimensions, colors and materials; hand to factory/production for execution.
• Design Execution: Daily graphic design work including layout, image processing and retouching.
• Project Follow-up: Supervise visual quality of drafts during production to ensure client requirements are met.

Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and create renderings for client review and confirmation.

Factory Liaison: Transform confirmed design drafts into production-ready construction drawings or output drafts, ensuring accurate dimensions, colors, and material specifications, and hand them over to the factory/production department for execution.

Design Execution: Responsible for daily graphic design work, including layout, image processing, and retouching.

Project Follow-up: Supervise the visual quality of design drafts during the production process to ensure the finished product meets client requirements.

Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Must possess a relevant art/design diploma.

Software Skills:

• Proficient in: Adobe Photoshop (PS) & Adobe Illustrator (AI).
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW is preferred.

Work Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
