The graduate program spans 3 years with three rotations across engineering and platform teams, plus development opportunities to build both technical and universal skills and a network of bp early careers professionals.

Qualifications

• CGPA 3.2 or higher, or equivalent.
• Final year student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
• Focus on CS/Software Engineering/MIS or STEM with development exposure.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Engineering discipline during the early careers programme.
• Rotate across multiple platform engineering teams and gain hands-on experience.
• Learn automation frameworks and develop scripting skills (Python/C#/ Bash/Powershell/JSON).
• Engineer and automate robust, scalable cloud architectures in AWS and Azure.
