Job summary

SEEK in Kuala Lumpur invites applicants for its Asia Software Engineering Graduate Program. This 13‑month program builds a strong foundation across technologies such as AWS, GraphQL, React and TypeScript, followed by two 6‑month rotations in teams like Mobile Apps or Web Platforms.

You will join as a permanent employee with a 1‑month accelerator, mentorship, buddy support, and a starting salary of MYR 4,500 per month plus annual bonus and statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• You are in the final year of your degree (or completed in the last two years) in any field.
• Have completed industry training and/or certifications with no more than 2 years of experience in an IT related role.
• You can relocate to KL by February 2027.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Status.

About the Software Engineering Graduate

Our Software Engineering Graduate Program is designed to launch your technology career path. The 13‑month program offers an exceptional foundation whilst gaining exposure to various technologies: AWS, GraphQL, React, TypeScript to name just a few. You will rapidly grow professionally and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.

When you start, you will:

• Join us as a permanent employee as we want you to grow with us for the long‑term!
• Be set up for success with our 1‑month accelerator training program.
• Explore two 6‑month rotations where you will be embedded into teams of your choice, such as Mobile Apps, Web Platforms, or our internal start‑ups.
• Learn from the best with one Supervisor for the duration of each rotation who will ensure that you’re on track with your career aspirations as well as being paired with a Buddy throughout the rotation to support you daily.
• Select a Mentor who will guide you on your SEEK path and have a support network of current and previous SEEK grads who’ll share their experiences.
• Be paid a starting salary of MYR 4,500 per month, plus an annual performance bonus and statutory benefits.
• Be based at our SEEK office in KL, we hope you like ice cream!

Who we’re SEEKing

To be eligible to apply:
