Position Responsibilities

• Drivership for incharge cell KPI, including OTD, Productivity, Efficiency, Product Quality, Scraps, Improvement activity and etc.
• Coordination with multiple functions within the incharge cell to establish strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
• Responsible for planning and carrying out production under controlled condition, shall ensure the availability of documentation, equipment, manpower or material in order to meet Quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Responsible for determining necessary skill/ competence for personnel performing quality work.
• Accountable to maintain and improve the discipline for related support functions under the lead.
• Authorized to make decisions in relation of incharge cell for the benefit of the Company.
