Graduate Excellence Management School (GEMS) Trainee Program is a 24-months program that grooms young, talented and driven individuals to become future leaders of HABIB Group. The GEMS Trainee program is aligned with our corporate aspirations and objectives for future successions to senior management.

In this role, you will be exposed in cross‑functional team collaboration and gain valuable work experience in multiple departments within the HABIB Group and its group of companies throughout the job rotations. You shall expect to obtain actual professional experience and fast‑track career progression through a series of leadership development programs provided by the organization.
