Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.

Able to relocate/is transferable.

Program Overview

This 6-month program offers you a foundation of tasks or ‘Station Skills’ before moving forward as a Management Trainee with these 3 tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.

Responsibilities

Your first tier is as Crew where your station skills emphasize on production and services such as food and drink productions in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.

Acquiring the skills as a Crew, you will proceed to the second tier as a Crew Trainer. Here you will be introduced in more details to company policies, engage more with customers, and on the frontline.

The third tier of your 6 months program is as a Crew Leader. The leadership role in this stage will be further highlighted as you will be managing zone productions and coaching Crews.
