Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in corporate governance, business administration, internal audit, risk management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of internal audit, governance, SOP development, or process improvement experience.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in departmental audits or process reviews is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews across departments.
• Review processes, documentation, approvals, and work practices to identify gaps and risks.
• Prepare audit findings and follow up on corrective actions within timelines.
• Develop, review, update, and standardize SOPs, policies, and process flowcharts.
• Support governance initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and corporate governance framework.
• Perform other governance, compliance, audit, and process improvement tasks as required.
