About the role

Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is seeking an experienced Manager Document Controller to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Document Management System (DMS).
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
• Provide guidance on document control procedures and best practices.
• Establish and enforce document control policies, procedures, templates, and work instructions.
• Standardize documentation formats and ensure compliance across all departments.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Track document revisions, version history, and approval workflows for traceability.
• Liaise with internal teams for document-related matters.
• Generate regular reports on document status, progress tracking, and team productivity.
• Analyze document control processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Identify risks related to document handling and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
