Position Summary

The Paid Media Lead is responsible for driving performance across all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant platforms. This role plays a critical part in generating revenue for key software companies within the APAC region. Operating within a centralised digital marketing function, the Paid Media Lead will report to the Head of Digital Marketing, APAC, and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to execute high impact paid media strategies.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple platforms to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, and emerging PPC channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with other key digital performance roles, including Digital Marketing Managers, SEO Lead, Paid Social Lead, and Web Lead.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Support software companies across APAC with tailored paid media strategies and execution.
  • Lead vendor and agency relationships where applicable.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for paid media within the region.

  • Achievement of revenue and ROI targets from PPC campaigns.
  • Cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and conversion rate improvements.
  • Growth in qualified traffic and leads from paid media channels.

Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications
Skills & Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Expertise in campaign optimisation, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
