Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
• Develop efficient, reliable, and high‑performance solutions that meet product and business requirements
• Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best‑practice solutions to the team
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries)
• Strong understanding of system‑level programming using C or C++
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices
• Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts
• Passionate about technology, self‑driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset

Optional / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud‑native development
• Performance optimization and low‑latency system development
• Contributions to open‑source projects or personal tech projects
