Responsibilities

• Act as the preferred advisor to multinational companies on transfer pricing.
• Prepare transfer pricing policy reports to substantiate positions.
• Assist with application and negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements.
• Support transfer pricing planning including tax benefits from business restructuring.
• Defend transfer pricing in audits and valuation of intangible assets.
