Job summary

Clinigen is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management lead to own the TPRM framework globally and drive end‑to‑end risk management for third parties. You will run NAVEX RiskRate workflows, perform risk screening, and ensure sanctions controls are in place while coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Quality and Finance.

You will manage ongoing monitoring and lifecycle management, produce senior‑level risk reporting, and enable stakeholders with practical onboarding guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare services, or regulated environments.
• Experience using third‑party due diligence systems and structured workflows (RiskRate/NAVEX or comparable platforms).
• Experience working with sanctions compliance expectations and controls (screening, escalation, record‑keeping, and programme components).
• Familiarity with risk‑based “adequate procedures” expectations including due diligence and monitoring & review principles is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Clinigen’s TPRM framework and operating standards, aligning with global requirements and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Run NAVEX RiskRate third‑party workflow from initiation to documentation, ensuring timely inputs and approvals.
• Oversee initial risk screening and due diligence, with depth depending on risk tier and escalation when red flags exist.
• Ensure sanctions screening is performed and maintained with proper escalation and audit trails.
• Own ongoing monitoring and lifecycle management for third‑party relationships, including re‑screening where needed.
• Produce risk reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting bottlenecks and remediation themes in TPRM.
• Provide practical guidance to stakeholders on onboarding third parties and avoiding retrospective onboarding.
• Coordinate hand‑offs to Quality for GxP vendor qualification without duplicating QA assessments.
• The role may evolve with business needs to support a scalable TPRM capability.
