Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited is seeking a senior leader for Global Tax Operations to embed governance, enhance compliance, and simplify complexity across regions. You will drive process optimisation, oversee indirect tax reporting, and build a future-ready operating model with a centralised hub.

You will lead a global team, collaborate with regional tax and finance colleagues, and ensure timely, compliant submissions while strengthening controls and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Technical accounting, tax or audit background with audit cycle experience.
• Strong capability in operational excellence and process optimisation.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Strategic leadership to lead global teams and large-scale transformation.
• Indirect tax expertise across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mandarin fluency (speaking, reading, writing) for APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Tax Operations team ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Design and implement governance frameworks strengthening controls and risk management.
• Drive process optimisation and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
