Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Candidate Research: Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in researching candidates via channels like LinkedIn or JobStreet.
• Pre-Screening: Assist in candidate screening, job fit validation, and other assessments.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Career Fairs / Events: Help coordinate career fairs and events with the Early in Career Partner.
• Report Generation: Assist in creating relevant reports and analytics.
• Administrative: Support in administrative duties as needed.
