• 20 years of finance experience in a Shared Service Centre.
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP and audit processes.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume Record-to-Report (RTR) activities across all legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
• Mentor a team of 5 to 8 direct reports.
