Job summary

A global home improvement brand is seeking a candidate to oversee retail operations and analyze sales performance. The successful candidate will manage store personnel records, optimize headcount, and develop sales strategies based on data insights. Ideally, they should have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is essential, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, workforce planning, or sales performance analysis.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Finance.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all store PIC records are accurate and regularly updated.
• Monitor and flag over-hiring instances across stores.
• Review manpower allocations store-by-store to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Analyse store sales performance, salary ratios, and staff turnover trends.
• Conduct audits on stores experiencing significant sales declines.
• Develop and refine store targets, optimize staff schedules.
