MKS Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage global registrations of substances under REACH regulations and ensure compliance with international rules. You will collaborate with R&D, Procurement, HSE and Operations, and support the company’s sustainable development roadmap.

You will monitor regulations, engage with authorities, coordinate declarations, and lead global registrations (REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA). Proactive coaching of stakeholders is expected to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, toxicology or similar.
• Working experience in Regulatory Affairs in an international chemical/pharmaceutical environment.
• Advanced knowledge of global chemicals legislation.
• Initial experience in substance-specific risk assessment.
• Strong SAP and IUCLID skills, plus MS Office (PowerPoint).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Accurate, reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Aufgaben

• Monitoring regulations, standards, government policies globally and applicability to MKS products.
• Engage with associations, consultants and authorities to define requirements and follow-up activities.
• Support sustainable development roadmap for MKS Atotech.
• Coordinate product declarations (Conflict Minerals, inventory status, restrictions).
• Coordinate new chemical substance registrations globally (REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA).
• Perform raw material compliance checks.
• Coach and train local and global stakeholders on new regulations.
• Read, interpret and evaluate impact of new regulations.
